Abstract

The article examines the relationship of self-concept with the characteristics of professional adaptation. Presents a model of psychological support of labor activity of educators, which is based on the idea of creating the conditions for self-development professional with a successful independent purpose of its further existence in the profession, which contributes to a qualitative change in their attitude toward work, awareness of possible ways and means to restore its capacities, the formation of a clearer and more adequate self-concept of professional. Model of psychological support of the formation of self-concept of professional includes goal, objectives, conditions required to achieve the main goal, based on the principles of formation of self-concept of professional performance criteria and the content through which it is implemented (diagnosis, design, and conduct of training; dynamics of the studied phenomena, the realization of personality in the work)
