Abstract

The article is about actual topic of the formation of competent teaching personnel as a factor influencing the quality of social rehabilitation of children left without parental care, being in socially dangerous situation or a difficult life situation, and the prevention of social orphanhood. Formulated the definition of «socio-professional competency of the teacher of the specialized institutions for juvenile». Presents the structural-functional model of the investigated competency, containing-tion elements which are the components, criteria, levels of its formation and functions of pedagogical activity
