Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of personal professional deformations’ preventive measures. The idea is based on the aspect of specialists’ psychological readiness for innovation activity. According to the empirical research it is proved that the high level of psychological readiness for innovations prevents the formation of nursery school teachers’ personal professional deformations. The structural model of nursery school teacher’s psychological readiness for innovation activity is presented in the article
