Abstract

The article focuses on theoretical and practical aspects of application of syllable- analytical method in teaching the German language. The method in question presupposes introduction of the learners to the structure of the German syllable. To achieve this aim different means of symbolic visualization of phonetic-phonological structures of the German language are used. Examples of appropriate exercises are provided
