Abstract

The actual absence in the theory and practice of formation of providing optimum and nature corresponding conditions' scientifically reasonable programs of the child education, at a stage of prenatal, natal and post-natal development causes an urgent need of creation parents’ competent psychology-pedagogical escort during the basic period of the kid's characterlogical development.
