Abstract

Organizational and substantial block model of the formation of the leadership of students of secondary vocational schools Lepaev R.O. This article analyzes the problems of formation of the students ' leadership position in institution of secondary vocational education. It is emphasized that the process of forming a leadership position, students of colleges and technical schools is done through the implementation of educational activities of teachers of technical schools and colleges on the basis of the systemic-functional approach. Relying on this approach to educational activities, allocated content and methods, and built a model of educational activities, aimed at developing the students ' leadership position, which is a combination of task, organizational, substantive, systemic-functional, and assessment-effective units. The article discussed in detail the organizational and substantive unit that reflects the content of the teaching staff of educational institutions, aimed at developing leadership in the context of the main forms of educational activity
