Abstract

The article describes the experience of training of demanded specialists in concrete enterprise in the late 60's, early 70's. The research was performed at the basis of the analysis of regional data archives. According to the author's point of view, studied forms of training applying in conditions of territorial- industrial complexes can be used in today's popular industrial-educational clusters
