Abstract

The article is devoted to issues of implementation of mechanisms of social partnership in the sphere of education, determining directions of transition to a new educational project of the transformative paradigm, which is focused on overcoming the closeness of the educational systems, the strategies of innovative development of educational institutions on the example of creation of a regional model "UMO - UMO" (Educational-methodical Association - Useful mobile office) in the context of the implementation of the development strategy of the Minin University.
