Abstract

The article proves the necessity of defining the notion «teacher’s moral literacy», which has not been included into the pedagogical terminology yet. The author states that the definition should be based on traditions i.e. on kept and translated cultural ideas, views, customs. The author reveals important and necessary features of this notion, the combination of which gives an idea of the notion «teacher’s moral literacy» content
