Abstract

The urgency of the discussed issue is caused by need of development of new mechanisms of systems of the higher education in Russia corresponding to modern economy, a labor market and requirements of production. Education systems of all countries are shortcomings and advantages, but each of them has strength as the competitive sphere of training of the qualified experts. Complex monitoring of system of the higher education in the countries was carried out and the principles of optimum model of system of the higher education in Russia are revealed
