Abstract

Article is devoted to the pedagogical specific of music education in Tver province in first half of the XIX century. The authors use paradigmatic pedagogical approach and method for reconstructing historical and pedagogical process based on archival sources. The authors identify the major trends in regional music educational process which are realized in cooperation and continuity elitist and the public forms. Relevance of circulation to the historical experience is caused by the task of creating the concept of modern elite system of regional music education
