Abstract

The present article deals with the scientific and practical research works of the national psychologists, analysis of motivation sphere; it demonstrates that motivation is an important constitutive of psychological readiness of personality. Results of their research staff working at hazardous production facilities. It determines the importance of motivation as the main psychological readiness of personality constitutive, as well as the necessity of its study for the personnel selection and the personality activity forecasting in the extreme conditions
