Abstract

The article focuses on the establishment of secular schools from parochial schools and school diplomas. Focuses on the historical and pedagogical value in educating clergy and parishioners and education of their children. Meaning of catechists in rural and ministerial schools and their role in increasing students' moral and identifies reasons for revising the whole system of teaching spiritual component is not only secular , but in parochial schools in the pre-revolutionary period
