Abstract

The methodologic foundations of research of the issue of self-concept of a teacher in kindergarten at the stage of adaptation to professional activities are the principle of development, the theory of mind and action unity allow considering self-concept as an internal factor of development the personality of a professional. Its origination and evolution is inseparably linked to the level of professional skills. It was indicated that at the stage of adaptation to professional activity occurs the person's perception of images of itself in various working situations, in all forms interaction with the participants in the pedagogical process and the connection of these images in an integrated education in view, and in the concept of yourself as a subject different from other subjects
