Abstract

Discussed age-related, gender and professional characteristics of development of students’ ambivalence of values. Discovered a harmonic development in an actual field value, while in a latent, potential — a disharmonious one. Detected a self-restraint realization in a social world — a common regularity of all three aspects of development of students’ ambivalence of values. Identified women’s self-restraint of individual achievements in a development of ambivalent values. Disclosed domination of harmonic ambivalence in adolescence despite of students’ professional development
