Abstract

Informal communication is based on personal, ad hoc, sometimes a relationship of trust. One of the elements of the informal communication are the rumors, they have the potential psychological impact on the members of the small group in the framework of the organization. The process of propagation of rumors in the group has its own specifics into force of the temporal, territorial and quantitative restrictions
