Abstract

It is attempted to clarify the concept of "pushfulness" with the respect to a professional teacher. The structural elements of the pushfulness are clarified: the value-motivational (as a core component in the manifestation of the initiative activity of individual, creative (as the construction and modeling of their own projects) and active (as a practical realization of the objectives)
