Abstract

The article deals with the scientific and methodological framework for the assessment and prediction of professional success Master Consultant Technical Center Motor Company, as well as a list of psychodiagnostic methods. Special attention is paid to the principles of the test kit synthesis (adequacy, polymorphy, and differentiability, validity and reliability), description of design methods algorithm to predict professional success of candidates for master consultants vacancies
