Abstract

Article purpose - to open process of realization of model of formation of readiness of teachers to the innovative activity which is so necessary in the conditions of modern school. The presented process of realization of model corresponds to structure and the functional characteristic of components of the designed model. Stages of formation of readiness for innovative activity are considered, results of stating and control experiments are presented. Influence of each of pedagogical conditions (creation of the innovative environment, monitoring of readiness of teachers to innovative activity, program design on realization of model of formation of readiness of teachers to innovative activity) and a complex of conditions on formation of readiness of teachers to realization of innovative activity is opened. It is proved that realization of a complex of the offered pedagogical conditions promotes effective formation of readiness of teachers to innovative activity
