Abstract

In article development of the person of the psychologist in aspect of understanding of professional deformation is considered. Professional deformation is understood as negative changes of the person in the course of occurrence of the individual in the professional environment, expertise mastering, mastering by standards and values of professional community; as process of realization of negative aspects of the saved up expertise in which various types of destructive behavior are shown, not only as submission to external requirements, and is faster as a choice of the optimum decision, as reproduction stereotypic social communications in the course of professional work. The similar treatment terms allows involving in studying of the given phenomenon the given pedagogic, sociology, psychology, history, anthropology, ethnography. All it does by more substantial consideration of professional deformation as a whole, and on its separate displays
