Abstract

Musical education is considered as a sphere having preconditions for creating various educational paradigms. The author puts forward the idea according to which general (basic) musical education must be common for musicians and addressees of music. Mastering musical language in oral and written forms, ensemble playing music and basics of key instruments proficiency are acknowledged the main summands of general musical education modern concept. It is assumed that developing of general musical abilities can be based optimally on propositions of musical theory enabling to realize accustoming to it in the active form of practical playing music by the way of mastering it as a language and as a game.
