Abstract

The article presents a classification of approaches to managerial styles and describes those styles that were included in the author’s research of managerial styles used by principals of secondary schools and vocational training establishments. A considerable part of the article is taken by a description of the results and an analysis of the aforementioned research based on the situational approach to management.
