Abstract

The article substantiates topicality of the issue of interpretation the giftedness phenomena in contemporary theories; a trend of interpretating giftedness as a systematic characteristic of a person in national science is being underlined. The project and research approach is considered to be the optimal way for developing giftedness within the system of “kindergarten – school – university” in the framework of arranging conditions for formation and development of giftedness.
