Abstract

The gradual formation of professionally important qualities of a specialist provides him with a certain level of professionalism and efficiency of professional activity. The article presents the results of a study of reflexivity, existence and life-meaning orientations in physicians at various levels of professionalization. The research results confirm the presence of certain problems in terms of the formation of these qualities
