Abstract

The article examines the activities of a psychologist of a military unit through the prism of distinctive conditions, such as: multilevel and multi-subject nature as characteristics of psychological work; involvement of the psychologist in the system of service relations; multitasking; high temporal regulation of the activities of military personnel; the involvement of the psychologist in the system of social relations outside the professional; a large number of military personnel per psychologist specialist; free nature of psychological assistance. Analysis of the data from a survey of specialists (N = 54) for assessing the listed conditions as hindering the activity made it possible to characterize the activities of a psychologist of a military unit at different stages of the professional path, define the crisis period
