Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the impact of globalization on the youth of Kuban and Crimea. To study attitudes to globalization, we used the author's questionnaire on attitudes to globalization, which includes quantitative scales that measure attitudes to globalization and involvement in the processes of globalization, as well as qualitative scales, the answers to which should allow us to better understand the characteristics of respondents ' perception of globalization. The study revealed a fairly positive attitude to globalization and a high degree of involvement in the processes of globalization in all empirical groups, except for the Crimean Tatars. The results of the study of the representation of the category «globalization» in the mass consciousness of young people showed that this category is primarily associated with the image of a single economic, information and communication space
