RESEARCH OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FOR THE FIRST INDEPENDENT FLIGHT BY FEMALE MILITARY PILOTS CADETS

The article discusses the features of psychological readiness of female cadets of the military flight school for the first independent flight. The results of the study obtained using the methodology «Scale of self-assessment of anxiety level», developed by C.D. Spielberger and adapted in our country by Yu.L. Khanin, the test of differential self-assessment of functional state (SAN), the expert method of evaluation by feasibility study, developed by V.I. Tsuvarov, as well as the questionnaire of unfinished proposals, developed by the staff of the Krasnodar Higher Military Aviation School, are presented. The psychological readiness of female cadets to perform the first independent flight can be characterized as a mental and active state, which manifests itself in the mobilization of the psychophysiological and psychological resources of the individual to perform the flight. It is concluded that the psychological readiness of a cadet of a military flight school for the first independent flight should be considered as part of professional development and understood as a complex, integrated, integrative education, representing a dynamic structure and including a wide variety of different components that affect the quality of the flight taskDownloads
