Abstract

The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of the institutional structure and some aspects of the legal regulation of trading activities in Kazakhstan. For decades, Russia and Kazakhstan have developed partnerships in many areas of activity: military cooperation, culture, science and education, trade, etc. Kazakhstan's achievements in the economy and social sphere are largely determined by the development of the institutional structure of the state, the reform of legislation, the judicial system, as well as ongoing scientific research, including in the field of trade regulation. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of the elements of the institutional structure and legal regulation of trade in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
