Abstract

The object of the research is the administrative and legal regimes in the Russian Federation. The aim of the study is to study some historical aspects of the formation of theoretical and practical ideas about the institution of special administrative-legal regimes in the Russian Federation. One of the main research methods is comparative. Based on the analysis of legal acts, the authors reveal the main patterns of development of the legal regulation of special administrative and legal regimes. Actual problems of applying the institution of special administrative-legal regimes and ways to solve them were considered.
