Abstract

The problem of fighting corruption in Russia continues to be relevant at the present time, as evidenced by the statistical data provided in this article. The study of the issue of corruption allowed us to conclude that the term "corruption" requires revision by the legislator, which predetermined the goals and objectives of the study. The study of the main indicators of corruption crime helped to identify the characteristic signs of this phenomenon. The result of the work was the identification of comprehensive preventive measures of corruption based on its characteristic features.
