Abstract

Theoretical and conceptual positions and recommendations on the implementation of the international project Erasmus+ «The Piloting of ECVET in national systems of vocational education and training in Russia and Uzbekistan» (RUECVET) are substanciated. The analysis of the European credit system (ECVET) carried out in the project allowed to clarify and Supplement the existing ideas about the mission of secondary vocational education in the context of global trends; to present a model and characterize the value-semantic content of learning outcomes in the context of the policy of accumulation and transfer of credits; to identify problems and formulate recommendations for the dissemination of ECVET in the domestic practice of vocational education and training
