Abstract

This paper analyses the use of mobile applications in language teaching and learning. It will begin with a brief introduction to the benefits and challenges of mobile learning. Then, it presents definitions and different types of applications. This paper will explore educational fields where they can be used and will provide evaluative criteria for the selection of applications
