Abstract

The subject of consideration of this article is the issues of effective speaking teaching students of non-language faculties. The methods of forming speaking skills and the possibility of using such forms as discussion in a non-linguistic faculty are considered. The stages of discussion, discussion strategies, the use of clichéd replicas and prompts are described. The article discusses the possibility of using Internet resources and methods of working with Internet materials (lessons, lectures). The proposed method provides effective formation of speaking skills, contributes to students inclusion in English language communication, leads to the organic fusion of learning conversational topics and the development of unprepared speech, and is recommended for both classroom and independent work
