Abstract

The paper justifies the necessity of training university teachers and post-graduate students for integration in international educational environment as equal partners and provides a description of foreign language education didactic system during training of highly qualified specialists. The dialogue method is used as prevailing. Personal readiness for intercultural integration in academic and pedagogical community is determined as an efficiency criterion of the developed system. The results of tests and experiments are also provided
