Abstract

The methods of mastering the school by the leaders of the humanitarian strategy of management of the educational system of the school are considered: questioning, expert evaluation, creation of intentional situations, observation, testing, interviews, reflection. A classification of criteria and diagnostic indicators as a basis for selecting a system of diagnostic techniques is proposed. The results of monitoring the readiness of heads of educational organizations for the implementation of the humanitarian strategy for the management of the school's educational system are outlined. The conclusion is made about the need to introduce a systematic approach to the monitoring process. The system approach in the selection of diagnostic techniques determines the integrity of the diagnosis, its optimality and practical significance
