Abstract

The necessity of enhancing the level of legal consciousness of youth and its legal responsibility when using Internet resources to host their informative material aimed at incitement to hatred and humiliation human dignity based on racial, national, religious and other grounds. Demonstrates the importance of all components of the legal consciousness of youth through the basic institutions of its legal socialization. Is a list of specific psycho-pedagogical layout of lawfulness of targeted young people with a view to improving its legal responsibility when using Internet resources to host their information materials
