Abstract

The article examined the relationship of the factor of mentoring and success of professional activity of employees of the enterprises of the chemical industry. Analyzed the complexity of the process of adaptation of young employees as well as employees appointed to positions with the expansion of functional responsibilities. Examples based on the reduction of stressogenic young workers in a period of adjustment from such factors as mentoring. Made several provisions for the realization and further development of mentoring in the chemical industry
