Abstract

One of the reasons affecting the efficiency of the pedagogical interaction is considered for the first time – the marital satisfaction of the women teachers. The study summarized the view of the women teachers on the understanding of «marital satisfaction»; defined the motives for marriage for the women teachers; analyzed the results of the questionnaire marriage satisfaction developed by V.V. Stolin, etc .; found a connection between the motives of marriage with the marital satisfaction; performed technique by Fantalovoy «The level of the ratio of the value and availability in various spheres of the life». The results helped to determine the degree of dissatisfaction with the current life situation of the women teachers. Summarizing the opinions of the women teachers were identified the psychological determinants of the satisfaction in marriage: the self-control, the reflection, the tolerance. This information can be used for the organization of the women teachers of the special operation aimed at changing attitudes towards marriage and their development, which in turn will effectively influence their professional activities
