Abstract

Currently in the Russian system of education there are organizational barriers to continuous professional self-determination of students. Presented in the article management model aimed at ensuring continuity of support of professional self-determination of students in transition from school to the organization of secondary vocational education. The model is a holistic system of actions to be implemented in a single space-time continuum and agreed on the objectives, resources and approaches used, aimed at creating conditions for the efficient formation of a set of professional-orientation important skills of students, since 8th grade middle school, and ending with the release of the professional educational organization
