Abstract

The article is devoted to description of the program of psychological support for help desk specialists, aimed at enhancing their professional success. For the first time within the framework of the research a model of professionally important qualities of specialists has been elaborated. Basing on the model a science-based program of psychological support for their professional activities has been created. Key principles of the program are described. The article proves the effectiveness of the implemented program of psychological support. The program is a complete tool for practicing psychologists working with the abovementioned professional group
